Eligibility

Participation in AlpenRMind programs requires legal capacity to enter into contracts and acceptance of these terms. Programs are tailored to executives, founders and other senior professionals.

You must be at least 18 years old to participate. If you are under the age required by local law to enter into a contract, you must not register without legal guardian consent.

You agree to use AlpenRMind services lawfully and in a manner consistent with professional standards. Prohibited uses include unlawful conduct, harassment, or submission of false information.

Services are provided from Switzerland and may be subject to restrictions in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure participation is permitted where you are located.

Account and access

Some AlpenRMind services require an account. You are responsible for maintaining secure login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating or updating your account. AlpenRMind may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

Protect your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify AlpenRMind immediately. We will take reasonable steps to assist with securing your account.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer an account may result in suspension.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact AlpenRMind support promptly so we can contribute and take appropriate action.

AlpenRMind may suspend or restrict access for violations of these terms or when required to protect users, operations or legal obligations.

Services

AlpenRMind offers guided curricula, workshops, coaching, retreats and digital materials focused on mindful leadership and spiritual development for executives and founders. Program formats, schedules, and deliverables are described on AlpenRMind.pro and in the participant agreement for each offering.

We may modify service features, scheduling and content. Substantial changes that materially affect ongoing paid engagements will be communicated in advance when feasible.

While AlpenRMind seeks reliable delivery, availability may be affected by events outside our control. We will communicate planned maintenance and reasonable disruptions to minimize impact.

Conduct and usage rules

To maintain a professional and respectful environment, participants must adhere to the following rules:

• Maintain confidentiality of peer discussions and coaching sessions unless explicit consent is given to share.
• Engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants; abusive or discriminatory behavior is prohibited.
• Do not record sessions unless all parties provide written consent.
• Use program materials for personal and professional development; unauthorized commercial redistribution is not permitted.
• Comply with local laws and professional codes of conduct relevant to your role.
• Disclose conflicts of interest to program facilitators when relevant to participation.
• Follow logistical instructions regarding scheduling, attendance and preparatory work provided by AlpenRMind.

Participant contributions and content

Content you share in forums, exercises or feedback may be used to support your learning and, with explicit consent, for anonymized case studies or program improvement.

You retain ownership of original content you submit. By submitting content you represent you have the rights to share it and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

By contributing content to shared program spaces, you grant AlpenRMind a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and distribute the content for the purpose of delivering and improving services, and for anonymized educational materials.

You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not share sensitive personal or third-party data without consent. AlpenRMind is not liable for participant-submitted content that violates these terms.

Requests to remove participant content will be reviewed and actioned when legally and operationally feasible. Certain records required for legal compliance may be retained in restricted form.

Intellectual property

All AlpenRMind proprietary materials, branding, curricula and course content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use materials for personal learning but may not reproduce or redistribute them commercially without permission.

• Do not copy course content for commercial distribution without written consent.
• Do not use AlpenRMind activity, logos or service marks without authorization.
• Unauthorized modification, reverse engineering or creation of derivative works from proprietary materials is prohibited.

Paid services

Certain AlpenRMind offerings require payment. Paid services include cohort programs, individual coaching, retreats and licensed digital content.

Pricing is published on AlpenRMind.pro and in program materials. Fees reflect program scope and delivery format and are payable according to the payment terms provided at purchase.

Payments may be collected via the methods listed on AlpenRMind.pro. Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure a program place. Access may be withheld until payment is received.

Where services are offered on a subscription basis, recurring payments will continue until cancelled in accordance with the subscription terms. Cancellation must be processed through your account or via support.

Refunds are evaluated per program. If a refund policy applies it will be stated in program-specific terms. Refunds do not cover travel or third-party expenses incurred by participants.

Participants may cancel according to the cancellation terms published for each offering. Cancellation fees may apply for short-notice withdrawals or missed sessions.

Applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the participant and will be added to fees where required by law.

AlpenRMind may adjust prices for new enrollments. Existing paid engagements will be honored at the price agreed at purchase unless otherwise communicated and mutually agreed.

Non-payment may result in suspension of access, late fees or debt collection measures where reasonable and permitted by law.

Disclaimer

AlpenRMind provides coaching, education and facilitation intended to support professional and personal reflection. Content is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric or legal advice. Outcomes depend on individual engagement; results will vary and are not promised.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AlpenRMind and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from participation in programs. Our liability for direct damages is limited to amounts paid for the relevant service.

Third-party services

Programs may incorporate third-party tools, platforms or facilitators. Use of third-party services is subject to the third party's terms and privacy practices. AlpenRMind is not responsible for third-party performance.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service relationship in accordance with the terms of the relevant participant agreement. AlpenRMind may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or safety concerns.

Upon termination, access to program materials may be revoked and any outstanding fees remain payable. Participant obligations that by their nature survive termination (confidentiality, IP) will continue.

Privacy and data protection

AlpenRMind handles personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the privacy policy available at AlpenRMind.pro. We apply appropriate administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information.

Communications

We may send administrative messages, program updates and optional marketing communications. You can manage preferences in your account or by contacting AlpenRMind. Critical service messages will be sent regardless of marketing preferences.

Changes to these terms

AlpenRMind may update these terms to reflect operational or legal changes. Material changes will be communicated to affected users and posted on AlpenRMind.pro with the effective date noted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be addressed according to the dispute resolution provisions below and Swiss law.

Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, parties will first seek an amicable resolution through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration in Risch, Switzerland, in accordance with applicable Swiss rules.
